Our mission is to help the Montana state government become an employer of choice by providing these statewide human resource services and programs:
- human resource rules, policies and guides
- job classification and compensation standards
- collective bargaining representation and labor relations services
- professional development, and
- payroll and HR information systems
The division houses the Human Resources Policy & Programs Bureau, the State Office of Labor Relations, the Professional Development Center (PDC), and the Human Resources Information Services Bureau. Click on the links for more information.
