Employee Paycheck Estimator Instructions and Download
The estimator below is provided for employees to provide an estimation of how various changes, W-4, non-qualified dependents, etc. will affect their paychecks. It is recommended that you print out the instructions before using the estimator. The documents below will lead you through the process. You can use a recent pay stub to obtain the information required for the calculator.

Note: If the estimator opens in your Internet Explorer web browser window, please do a Save As operation to download the file to your computer. Then use Excel to open the .xls file. This is required for the Excel macros to work correctly.
In order for the estimator to work properly, you may also need to adjust your macro security setting in Excel 2003 (Tools > Macro > Security) or in Excel 2007 (Setting Macros Document).
